The ZIP gives you the starting structure. You decide where it lives and who can see or edit it.
- 01Extract the ZIP
Keep the workbook and numbered folders together under the business name.
- 02Set up your shared location
Put the pack in a secure place you control. Set access for the seller and advisers before sending a link.
- 03Use the request references
Ask the seller to answer in the workbook and place supporting files in the matching folder, with the reference in each filename.
- 04Review and follow up
Filter by status, check the evidence and mark anything irrelevant N/A with a reason. Keep buyer-only commentary separately if the workbook is shared.
Provide the lease and related documents for the main business premises.
Owned-property title documents: No property is owned; premises are leased.
Put the pack to work in your own space.
The download includes a branded PDF with these instructions. You can work on your device or use a shared workspace such as a data room, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. DealExecute does not host your files or recommend a particular provider.
Important: This pack is a general starting point, not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice. It cannot identify every issue in your transaction. Have qualified advisers tailor the requests and review the answers before making decisions. Read the terms of use.
Take the structure into your own process.
Use the request references to connect the spreadsheet to documents in the numbered folders. Keep the pack in a secure location you control, and mark irrelevant requests N/A.
Create one for your targetA broad UK SME checklist, with the asset version focused on what transfers and what must be released or consented to.
Folders and request references line up, so sellers and advisers know where each response belongs.
